Life

Short-term therapy & counselling

For people seeking relief

  • in life transitions or personal crises
  • in stressful family situations
  • for young adults with worries about school or their private lives
  • for older people looking back, facing change or making a new start

In phases of personal and family life, it can be helpful to have someone at your side – for example when decisions lie ahead, roles are changing or relationships are a strain.

I work with individuals, couples or parents in situations such as:

  • transitions, e.g. becoming parents, separation, caring for relatives, children leaving home, coping with loss
  • questions of decision-making and meaning at different stages of life
  • strain within family systems, including with teenagers or in conflicts between generations
  • looking back on life or finding a new direction in older age

Work

Coaching

For working people who want to find a new direction or who feel stuck

  • Individual coaching when facing decisions
  • Reflecting on professional roles and goals
  • Dealing with stress, stagnation or pressure to change

Professional questions are often closely linked to our own identity. Whether at the beginning, in the middle or towards the end of your working life – changes at work touch on personal issues.

In my coaching, I support people with:

  • career (re)orientation or returning to work
  • clarifying roles in leadership or team conflicts
  • dealing with symptoms of exhaustion and burnout
  • questions of meaning and opportunities for development

The coaching is goal-oriented, methodologically sound and focused on concrete next steps. I work in a resource-oriented way, and together we focus on what is worth striving for and achievable for you.

Professionals & teams

Supervision

For professionals, teams and organisations in educational and social settings

  • Supervision for reflection and quality assurance
  • Marte Meo training for day nurseries or care homes
  • Peer consultation in complex case situations

In educational and psychosocial fields of work, professionals face complex demands. Supervision creates space to reflect on professional practice, develop new perspectives and strengthen resources.

The aim is to reduce strain and to regain the capacity to shape things.
